Three-day festival has main attraction at horse dance, tent pegging, horse race

Minister for Tourism, Information and Sports Mushtaq Minhas Wednesday inaugurated a festival titled Paharhi Mela in Samahni Valley of Azad Jamu and Kashmir.
The main attractions at the three-day festival include horse dance, tent pegging, horse race while local games are also part of the event.
The inaugural event was staged at Sports Stadium of Sarsala. Children enthusiastically took part in the gala by holding march past, PT drill, etc.
Tourism and Information Secretary Midhat Shehzad, Info DG Raja Azhar, Tourism DG Irshad Pirzada, Festival Committee Chairperson Khalid Mehmood and a significant number of people turned up at the event.
