Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court issues release orders for 164 PTI workers 

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad has issued release orders (Robkars) for 164 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers arrested in connection with the protests on November 26.

According to court records, cases against 139 workers were registered under anti-terrorism provisions, while 25 others were charged under Section 144 and other legal clauses. The Islamabad High Court (IHC) had previously approved bail for over 120 of the detained PTI workers.

Authorities have indicated that workers currently held in Adiala Jail are expected to be released today, while those imprisoned in Attock and Jhelum jails are likely to be freed within the next one to two days. In total, more than 12 cases were registered against PTI workers across different police stations.
