Dr Yasmin Rashid catches corona for again

Punjab Minister for Health Dr Yasmin Rashid on Wednesday contracted coronavirus again as the pandemic spreads swiftly across the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Pertinent to note that this is the second time in a month that the provincial health minister has tested positive for COVID-19.

She first tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this month on January 4.

The Health Ministry spokesperson said that Dr Yasmin Rashid has quarantined herself at her residence, while Dr Rashid said she was feeling better now.

Meanwhile, Mardan Assistant Commissioner Saman Abbas also contracted COVID-19.

Moreover, four employees of the Peshawar’s Lady Reading Hospital also caught coronavirus.
