Moonis Elahi calls on Punjab Governor Ch Sarwar

Pakistan Muslim League central leader and MNA Moonis Elahi called on Punjab Governor Ch Mohammad Sarwar at the Governor's House in Lahore Friday.
On this occasion, views were exchanged on prevailing political situation in the country and relations between the two parties among other matters.
Governor Punjab said the government and the allies are standing with each other, opposition dreams every day about the end of the government, people and the allies are with the government.
He said the next general election will be held in 2023 and Tehrik-e-Insaaf is pursuing the policy of taking the allies along at all levels. He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is taking all decisions in the peoples' interest, no compromise of any kind on the process of accountability is out of the question.
Moonis Elahi said the accountability should be seen being done on both sides, accountability of all the government ministers, allies and the opposition should be undertaken without any discrimination.
He said the government and they together will rid the country of the problems.
“We believe in service to the people and are with the government, we know that problems of the people can only be solved by supporting the government.”
