A policeman was arrested for allegedly raping a female accused in Kot Addu on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Kot Addu police arrested the ASI and registered an FIR under sections 450 and 375/6. DPO Kot Addu suspended the ASI as well. 

The ASI went to the accused’s house and raped her on gunpoint.

Police said that the accused ASI will get either a life imprisonment or death penalty as per the sections included in the FIR.
