Supreme Leader Khamenei praises Pakistan’s role during Iran-Israel war

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatullah Khomenei has expressed his gratitude to the government, the parliament and the armed forces of Pakistan for defending Iran during the Israeli aggression against the Islamic republic, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Quoting Khomenei in his post on X, Iran’s National Security Adviser (NSA) Ali Larijani, who is currently on a tour to Pakistan, has said that the Zionist state imposed war on Iran.
“But Pakistan stood resolutely with its neighbour during the military confrontation,” Iran’s supreme leader has said, and added, “This reflects the people of Pakistan’s principled stance. For this, I salute the people of Pakistan.”
