US Consul General Charles Goodman meets Aseefa Bhutto

US Consul General Charles Goodman held a meeting with the First Lady of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, at Bilawal House on Wednesday.

During the meeting, both sides discussed avenues for strengthening Pak–US relations, with a particular focus on expanding cooperation across multiple sectors.

According to details, Aseefa Bhutto and Consul General Goodman exchanged views on enhancing collaboration in socio-economic development, public health and welfare initiatives, areas that both sides identified as crucial for deepening bilateral engagement.

The First Lady was accompanied by Provincial Health Minister Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho, Senator Sherry Rehman and Senator Qurat-ul-Ain Marri who also took part in discussions related to ongoing and future development partnerships.

The meeting underscored the shared interest of Pakistan and the United States in promoting progress, stability and people-focused development.
