Court handed over Parvez Elahi again to anti-corruption for investigation

An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad again has given former Chief Minister Punjab Parvez Elahi into anti-corruption Lahore custody on a one-day transit remand, reported 24NewsHD TV channel

In this regard, anti-corruption Lahore filed an application in the Anti-Terrorism Court requesting his custody for further investigations without producing Parvez Elahi in person before the court.

ATC Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain handed over Parvez Elahi to anti-corruption authorities on a one-day transit remand.

After getting transit remand from ATC, Anti-corruption officials took custody of Parvez Elahi from Adiala Jail and went to Lahore.
