Says maybe someone doesn’t like Karachi’s progress

Karachi Administrator and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Murtaza Wahab announced his resignation from the post and said maybe someone doesn’t like the progress of the port city.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, Murtaza Wahab addressed a press conference in Karachi on Monday and complained that when the government works, it is stopped.

The PPP leader said he believes in the rule of law and has no personal interests in the post of administrator of Karachi city.

He said if he had a personal interest, he would have allowed the previous system to continue when the national exchequer went into the pockets of people.
