Zardari, Shehbaz renew resolve to work together

Former president Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met in Islamabad Wednesday.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, they mulled over the current political situation and steps to cope with the challenges being faced by the country.
Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Defence Minister Kh Asif, and Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique.
The PM stressed that the goal of national development can be achieved when the supremacy of the constitution and continuity of the democratic process are ensured.
The two leaders reiterated their resolve to continue with joint efforts for the sake of stability of democracy and social welfare in the country.
Also, Shehbaz Sharif greeted Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on taking oath as a federal minister and expressed hope he will play his part in bettering Pakistan’s ties with other states. He said the public problems would be fixed with mutual cooperation.
