A quack claimed the life of a 6-month-old girl by administering the wrong injection in the Jora Pul Altaf Colony area of Lahore, 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

The incident of the death of a girl due to an injection took place in Dua Medical and Gynecology Center.

According to the report little girl’s father Shehzad took his 6-month-old daughter to a private clinic for not drinking milk.

The quack at the clinic injected my baby girl, the victim girl’s father said.

He said on reaching home, my daughter's physical condition worsened and when I took the baby back to the clinic, I was told to go to the children's hospital.

The father took his 6-month-old daughter to the Rangers Hospital after she became unwell.

The doctors of Rangers Hospital said that the girl died due to a wrong injection, the father said.

I informed the police about the death of a girl and now the daughter’s body is in police custody, father said.

However, police have arrested 2 persons from the clinic while the quack who administered the injection has escaped.
