Gold prices stop to increase in Pakistan

The gold prices Monday saw some stability in the market despite the Pakistan rupee gaining a value against the US dollar in the inter-bank trading, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the All Pakistan Jewellers Association, the price of 24-Karat pure gold remained unchanged and traded at Rs1,94,100 per tola.

Similarly, the prices for 10 grams of 24-Karat and 22-Karat gold remained unchanged and traded at Rs1,66,409 and Rs1,52,542 per 10 grams respectively.

In the international market, the price of one ounce of gold prices increased by US$2 and was being traded for $1,812 per ounce.

The price of 24 karats pure silver in the country also remained stable and traded at Rs2,080 per tola while the 10 grams of silver was being traded for Rs1783.26 in the local market.
