A senior leader of the Pakistan Muslim League (PML) and Federal Minister Chaudhry Salik Hussain Friday said that Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has been targeted by his younger brother for his selfish politics.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Salik Hussain talked to the media on Friday and said Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain's younger brother has unconstitutionally tried to remove him from the presidency of the party and make himself a puppet president.
Salik Hussain said that Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain kept the political legacy of Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi Shaheed alive and carried it forward and also made sacrifices to keep the family together.
The federal minister said that the people of the constituency know that Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi Shaheed and Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain have always kept their word.
On the other hand, he added that some people have betrayed the reputation of the family, tradition, and the political ideology of Shaheed Zahoor Elahi in their personal desires, ego, greed, and lust for positions.
