Lahore runs short of petrol
According to 24NewsHD TV Channel on Tuesday, up to 1.5 million litres per day is being supplied against the demand of 3 million litres per day in the Punjab capital.
Due to the shortage of supply of petroleum products, many filling station have dried and halted their services for consumers.
Petroleum Dealers Association General Secretary claimed that the marketing companies were not supplying petrol to the city as per its demand.
Gulshan-e-Ravi, Jail Road, Taj Pura, Mughal Pura, Drogha Wala, Mall Road, GT Road and northern sites of the city are the worst hit areas.
The citizens are forced to use High Octane to cope with the challenge. It is also informed that a noted firm's cargo ship carrying petroleum products has been delayed
