Salik vows to visit Women’s Chambers of Commerce soon

Federal Minister for Board of Investment Chaudhry Salik Hussain on Monday said that women have to stand up for their rights, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing the Women Workers Convention in Islamabad, Chaudhry Salik went on to say that it was an honor to participate in the ceremony.

Salik said prior to 2018, he was the head of a company, which employed 15 per cent of women.

He went on to say that today 35 per cent of women are working today in this company.

Salik said that it is important for women to be confident, adding that he will be visiting the Women’s Chambers of Commerce soon.
