Ayesha Omar drops teaser of her role in ‘Huey Tum Ajnabi’

After months of waiting and multiple delays, multitalented actress Ayesha Omar has finally unveiled the teaser of her role in the upcoming movie Huey Tum Ajnabi.

The period film is based on fall of Dhaka and the partition of East Pakistan which eventually led to the formation of Bangladesh.

Ayesha shared the teaser of her character wherein she gave us an insight about her role along with behind-the-scene images from the film.

While sharing the teaser and snippets on Instagram, she wrote:

“Honest journalism can sometimes cost one everything….
Back in 1971 and now….
But how much are you willing to put on the line….?

Meet “Ayesha” from my upcoming film “Huey Tum Ajnabi” in 1971, when Pakistan was being divided in two, amidst love, chaos, heartbreak, torture, death, despair and much more…watch this riveting film to follow her journey and what she puts on the line.”

Pertinent to mention that the star cast of Huey Tum Ajnabi includes Mikal Zulfiquar, Sadia Khan, veteran actors Sohail Ahmed, Mehmood Aslam, Shafqat Cheema, Samina Pirzada, Shamoon Abbasi, Alyy Khan and the legendary Kamran Shahid in pivotal roles.

Kamran Shahid revealed that it took him six years to complete the film. The film is all set to release on Eidul Fitr.
