LHC declares Faisalabad master plan against the law

The Lahore High Court has declared the master plan of Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) as illegal, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

Justice Shahid Karim remarked that how can master plan be made without taking Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) from environment department?

Justice Shahid Karim further remarked that the master plan was made first and the regulations made later, which is illegal.
