Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Ali Amin Gandapur has ripped apart the election code devised by the Election Commission of Pakistan by using state machinery in the election campaign of his brother who is taking part in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa local government elections, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday. 

Reportedly, the federal minister is continuously violating the election code of the ECP by using the state machinery in Dera Ismail Khan in order to make sure that his brother Umar Amin would win the LG polls. Having government resources at his disposal, he has almost crippled the ECP and district administration. 

Gandapur is openly enticing people and promising them funds. The administration is unable to stop him since he is a federal minister and he is using state resources.
