Siraj Ul Haq calls for Muslim world’s active role against Israel

Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Siraj ul Haq on Sunday outlined the imperative of awakening the global Muslim community and the specific role Pakistan should play in the ongoing crisis of Gaza, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Addressing a gathering in Dera Ghazi Khan, he highlighted the Jamaat-e-Islami's efforts, including marches in Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore, to raise awareness and express solidarity with the people of Gaza.

Siraj ul Haq shared his interactions with the governments of Iran and Turkey, urging them to take decisive action to protect Gaza.

He called on Pakistan to stand against Israel and open a path for the courageous and patriotic Pakistani nation.

In a poignant reflection on the 47 days since the beginning of Karbala in Palestine, Siraj ul Haq paid homage to the thousands of children who sacrificed their lives during this period. He highlighted the devastating attacks on hospitals, where innocent patients were martyred as a result of relentless bombings.

Siraj ul Haq recounted the harrowing incidents where hospitals became the target of violence, and patients found themselves under attack even in the supposed sanctuaries of healthcare.

He described the heart-wrenching scenes of tanks rolling over hospital premises and the tragic loss of lives under the rubble.

Expressing concerns over the silence of mainstream political parties, Siraj ul Haq questioned the notable absence of statements from leaders such as Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif, Asif Ali Zardari, and Bilawal Bhutto.

He suggested that their silence might stem from fears of reprisals from the United States and Israel.

Siraj ul Haq asserted that these leaders are subdued due to their apprehension that any strong statement against the U.S. or in support of Gaza might result in opposition from both America and the global establishment.

 He accused them of criminal silence, characterizing them as spineless individuals who lack the courage to stand up for justice.

He emphasized the need for a fearless approach, advocating that both the U.S. and the global establishment must be challenged.

Siraj ul Haq contended that such timid individuals cannot lead Pakistan and pledged that these individuals will never come into power in the country again.

JI Ameer reiterated his commitment to the cause and urged the people to support a leadership that would fearlessly represent Pakistan's interests on the global stage.
