Oldest Pak Army veteran passes away
ISPR DG pays tribute to Lt-Col Sultan Mohammed Khan Mengal
The oldest Pak Army veteran, Lt-Col (r) Sultan Mohammed Khan Mengal, has passed away at 103.
Inter-Services Public Relation Director General Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar took to Twitter to pay tribute to the 103-year-old ex-serviceman.
"Col Mengal, a keen soldier and an adventurist, climbed, walked, skied, sailed and rowed through all of Pak’s natural terrain on many expeditions," he tweeted.
He prayed the Almighty may the departed soul rest in eternal peace.

People from different walks of life expressed condolence over the demise. They prayed the Almighty may rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear the loss with fortitude.
