21 CDA officers made OSD in major administrative shake-up

In a major administrative move, the newly appointed chairman of the Capital Development Authority has directed more than 21 officers to report to the Human Resource Directorate (HRD) after being made Officers on Special Duty (OSD), according to an official notification issued on Tuesday.

The orders apply to officers ranging from Grade 17 to Grade 19, who have been instructed to immediately relinquish their current responsibilities and report to HRD.

Among the Grade 19 officers directed to report are Habibullah Sheikh, Muhammad Wasim Sabir, Sardar Khan Zimri, Abdul Fateh Mako and Omar Saghir. Additionally, Irfan Wasim Azhar Khurshid, also a Grade 19 officer, has been made OSD and ordered to report to HRD.

From Grade 18, officers including Ijazul Hassan, Abdul Farooq, Ammar Idrees, Kashif Anwar and Ali Asghar Gopang have been issued similar directives. Syed Abid Shah, Akram Ranjha and Aurangzeb, also in Grade 18, have likewise been designated as OSD.

In Grade 17, Attah Bari, Muhammad Altaf Khan, Sanaullah and Ali Asghar Gopang are among those affected by the reshuffle.

The CDA has instructed all the officers concerned to immediately leave their current postings and comply with the directive to report to HRD. A formal notification regarding the creation of OSD positions has also been issued.
