Pakistan reaffirms commitment to regional peace at high-level meeting
A high-level meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar reviewed the evolving regional situation and reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to promoting peace and stability, the Foreign Office spokesperson said on Tuesday.
The meeting was attended by Foreign Secretary Amina Baloch along with other senior officials, who discussed key regional developments and diplomatic challenges.
According to the spokesperson, Pakistan reaffirmed its determination to continue playing a constructive role in ensuring stability in the region. The participants emphasized the importance of dialogue and diplomacy as primary tools to address ongoing issues and reduce tensions.
Officials assured that Pakistan would maintain its positive engagement with regional and international stakeholders to support peaceful solutions and foster cooperation.
