Three terrorists of banned organization arrested from Lahore

In a counter-terrorism operation in Lahore, law enforcement agencies Friday arrested three terrorists who belonged to the banned organization Lashkar-e-Jhangvi.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the arrested terrorists were making plans to hit the Muharram Majlis and intelligence agencies.

The terrorists were arrested on a tip-off from the area of Chobacha Phatak in Dharampura, Lahore.

The terrorists were identified in the name of Rizwan, Abdul Qayyum and Muhammad Arif.

The Counter-Terrorism Department of Punjab police also recovered two grenades, pistols and other supporting things to carry out terror activities from the possession of the terrorists.

Arrested terrorists have been shifted to some unknown location for interrogation.
