Chaudhry Muhammad Amin on Tuesday resigned as Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) chief, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Chaudhry Muhammad Amin submitted his resignation to Chairman Board of Directors Hafiz Mian Nauman. On receipt of request, BoD Chairman Hafiz Nauman accepted the resignation and appointed Director Operations Shahid Haider as Lesco’s new head.
Shahid Haider has been given additional charge of the Lesco chief post.
Chaudhry Amin was appointed Lesco chief by the former PTI government.
