Martyred soldiers laid to rest

Namaz-e-Janaza of Sepoy Afzal Khan Shaheed and Sepoy Imran Ullah Shaheed were offered at Badar Gah, Mardan and Sarai Sar, Bajaur, respectively.

Both soldiers embraced Shahadat while fighting bravely during an exchange of fire between terrorists and Army troops in Spinwam, North Waziristan District.

Senior serving & retired officers/soldiers, relatives and a large number of people attended the funerals. The Shaheeds were laid to rest with full military honours.

Pakistan Army remains committed to ensuring the defence of the motherland against all internal/external threats and hostile efforts to spoil the hard-earned peace will be met with the full might of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
