Section 144 imposed in DI Khan over security situation

Section 144 has been imposed in various areas of Dera Ismail Khan on the orders of the Deputy Commissioner on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to Deputy Commissioner, Section 144 will be implemented on Tank Road, Hathala, Kalachi, Kot Isa, Potta, Budh, Chahkan and other link roads. 

Due to Section 144, all traffic and movement of citizens will be banned on the said roads.

Section 144 has been imposed due to the deteriorating security situation and the movement of security forces.

Section 144 has been imposed in the interest of public interest and to maintain public order.

Section 144 will be implemented till 6 pm on February 28

The Pota Hathala Bazaar will also remain completely closed.

Law and enforcement agencies, ambulances and fire brigade will be allowed to move.
