Man guns down grandfather in Lahore

A man shot dead his grandfather for advising him not to fight with his brother in Lahore on Saturday, reported 24NewsHd TV channel.
SP City Bilal Ahmad said that a brawl took place between the accused and his brother during which he brought a pistol from his home and opened fire on his 85-year-old grandfather, Riaz, injuring him seriously.
Soon after receiving the report of the incident, a heavy contingent of police rushed to the crime scene and shifted the injured old man to a hospital where he breathed his last.
After the firing the accused escaped from the scene. Later, the police arrested the accused and recovered the pistol used for the murder of his grandfather.
