PML-N’s Maiza, Tehmina on ACE’s radar

Punjab Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) has summoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Tehmina Daultana, her brother Mian Zahid Daultana and Maiza Hameed and her husband Umar Arshad Gujjar for questioning regarding illegally occupying state land, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The Punjab Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) has prepared two separate references against Daultanas and Maiza Hameed.
Maiza Hameed’s husband is accused of grabbing 63 kanals of land at Islam Headworks which was belonged to the Punjab Irrigation Department in Vehari district for the last 15 years with an underhand agreement with the officials of the department.
While Mian Zahid Daultana is accused of grabbing 48 kanals of land also belonged to the Irrigation Department at Islam Headworks.
The Anti-Corruption Establishment Director-General has directed the Multan Regional Director of ACE to start an inquiry and legal action against all of them.
