PML-N’s Ahsan Iqbal asks PM Imran to give details of ‘threatening letter’
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Secretary General Ahsan Iqbal on Monday asked Prime Minister Imran Khan to disclose details of the ‘threatening letter’, which he had waved in the air during his address to the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s (PTI) ‘Amr Bil Maroof’ public rally in Islamabad yesterday (Sunday, March 27, 2022), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Speaking to the media, he said the prime minister was creating ‘hysteria’ by making such claims.
He asked the prime minister to bear in mind that the time for ‘deceit’ and ‘fraud’ was over. “If you don’t have the support of 172 MNAs, this means you cannot foil the no-trust motion no matter how many resources you use,” he said, and added, “A player who does not perform does not deserve to be on the ground; rather he should practice in the nets. Go Imran and practice in the nets.”
