Massive fire broke out in a cardboard warehouse and a foam sheet godown in two different localities of Lahore on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The cardboard warehouse located at Shahkam Chowk in Sundar Area of Lahore caught fire, resultantly stocks worth two million rupees and two transport vehicles were reduced to ashes.

Meanwhile, a foam sheet godown also caught in flames at Galaxy bus stop on Ferozpur Road.

However, no human loss was reported in both fire incidents.

According to rescue officials, a cardboard warehouse caught fire near Shahkam Chowk in Sundar Area, which within no time, burnt all papers into ashes.

Moreover, flames were so severe that two mazda vehicles also caught fire which were parked near the warehouse.

Due to fire incident, more than one million rupee paper stock was gutted. Reason of the fire could not be ascertained. Rescue teams controlled the fire after few hours and the cooling process was underway.

Meanwhile, rescue teams extinguished fire in foam sheet warehouse at Galaxy stop within 30 minutes. There was no loss of human life however, foam sheets stock worth 2 million rupees burnt to flames. The cause of the fire incident could not be confirmed, however, cooling process was under way.
