AJK PM Sardar Qayyum reaches Karachi

Prime Minster Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi has deplored that our brothers in Illegally Occupied Indian Kashmir are facing oppression at the hands of an aggressor Indian Army which continues its bellicosity and bombardment in the illegally held valley, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
AJK PM Niazi reached Karachi on Sunday. He was greeted by opposition leader in the Sindh Assembly Adil Sheikh.
Talking to media at Adil Sheikh’s residence in Karachi, the AJK premier said that he hailed from that region of Azad Kashmir which was the base camp of freedom movement. He expressed his sympathies for those who were tolerating the persecution and repression unleashed on them by India.
Touting about his government’s good work in the AJK, Sardar Qayyum Niazi said soon after he became the prime minister, his government restored the merit policy in the valley. He said his government introduced the NTS system in educational institutes. He lamented that his PML-N predecessor had got a stay order on developmental schemes before leaving the office.
The AJK will call on the Kashmiri activists at Governor’s House. He will also visit the Sindh Assembly and meet assembly members.
