Khawaja Asif reminds Pervaiz Elahi of his ‘political dilly-dallyings’

Senior PML-N leader and Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has mocked PML-Q leader and Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi for saying that he will dissolve the provincial assembly without any hesitation if asked by PTI Chairman Imran Khan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
In his statement issued on Sunday night, Pervaiz Elahi vowed that they do not ditch people whom they stand with.
In his twin-tweet reaction, Khawaja Asif reminded Pervaiz Elahi that he could not stand with them (PML-N) for one night and ran to Imran Khan in the morning, though the PML-Q leader had hurled a landslide of abuses against Imran Khan in raw Punjabi during his stay with them. “Chaudhry Sahib, don’t do it,” he added.

In an earlier tweet, Khawaja Asif said Imran Khan is now trying to sell a new “scheme” that by dissolving the assemblies in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the PTI will be able to get new governments in the elections.
The PML-N leader further said “And when the National Assembly elections are held on time, the PTI will sweep the elections and get hold of the Centre on the basis of support these two provinces.”
The defence minister said Imran Khan’s all dreams have been shattered and now he will have nightmares.

In his statement, Pervaiz Elahi had said that he will not delay dissolving the provincial assembly if Imran Khan asked him to do so.
He said if they tendered their resignations, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's government will not be able to run for the next 27 hours.
The Punjab CM said Imran Khan's political strategy in the Rawalpindi rally had launched the decisive round and as soon as the resignations come from the provincial assemblies, the fake ruling alliance of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) will also crumble.
Pervaiz Elahi said the magicians of the ruling Nawaz League are not stopping from telling lies before the nation and they have no idea about their future in the next general elections which will be remembered by their next generations.
He said religion will rule in this country now where the common man and poor will get benefits and this process has already started in Punjab.
