Gold price crashes in Pakistan

The gold prices Wednesday saw a huge dip in the country after seeing a continuous surge in the recent weeks. According to the Sindh Barter Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan has been reduced by Rs. 1250 to Rs 113,250 while 10-gram of gold per tola has been reduced by Rs. 1,071 to Rs. 97,094, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The gold prices also fell by $9 per ounce in the international markets.

It is pertinent to note that gold price on Tuesday fell by Rs500 per tola in Pakistan and 24-carat gold was traded for Rs114650 per tola.

Similarly, 22-carat per tola gold price reached Rs105,417 while 21-carat gold price per tola stayed at Rs100,625. The price of silver per tola further decreased by Rs10 and reached RS1,210 per tola, the TV channel reported.
