The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has summoned former foreign minister and PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi in case related to a leaked audio on the Cypher issue, reported 24NewsHD TV Friday.

The FIA summoned Qureshi on November 1 at its Headquarters at 12 noon.

The sources said former foreign secretary Sohail Mahmood was also summoned to PIA headquarters on Friday where he was questioned in reference to the Cypher.

FIA is conducting an inquiry into an audio leak of PM House in which the alleged voices of former prime minister Imran Khan and his principal secretary Azam Khan regarding the Cypher.

The sources said Qureshi was summoned in light of the statement given by former foreign secretary Sohail Mahmood.
