Striking back at former prime minister Imran Khan, Federal Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb stressed that the election will be held on time, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
The coalition government will complete its constitutional term and the election will be held after a year, she said branding the former prime minister 'Foreign-funded Fitna'.
She stressed that parents “should keep their children away from the PTI bloody march”. She said Imran Khan has admitted that they had offered the army chief an indefinite extension.
“Imran Khan, you have not committed corruption in your rule … you have committed robberies for four years, the minister said, adding that the country survived six months before heading towards disaster.
After coming to power, Imran Khan turned a blind eye to the persons who made him reach the power corridor, she said, averring that the PTI chief is afraid of independent media.
