Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif said on Monday that arrest of his younger brother and party President Shehbaz Sharif endorsed the resolution passed by an all-parties conference in Islamabad recently. 

PML-N patron and three-time prime minister currently living in London, Nawaz took to Twitter on Monday evening to say that Shehbaz had already announced that all decisions taken at the APC would be implemented whether he is imprisoned or not. He said that nobody should have the misunderstanding that they could make us surrender using such tactics.

The National Accountability Court (NAB) on Monday arrested PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif in the courtroom in a corruption case after the court refused to extend his bail plea.
