Blacklisted terrorist arrested from Islamabad Airport

Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a most-wanted terrorist from Islamabad Airport on Thursday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The accused, Sajjad Hussain, who was blacklisted by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Punjab Police was returning to Pakistan from Muscat through a flight of WY-347.
The FIA confirmed that the detainee was blacklisted and they had handed him over to the CTD Punjab Police for further action. The accused was absconder for a long time and staying abroad.
It also confirmed that the accused was one of the most wanted criminals and they had arrested him when he landed here at Islamabad Airport.
In another operation, the FIA has arrested four officers of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) under corruption charges as they were involved in the allotment of plots in Sector I-11 on a fake basis.
The FIA also registered a case against six other officers of the CDA who were involved in the same scandal. The FIA has also started raids to arrest other six accused CDA officers.
