Reacting to the appointment of Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar as the country’s deputy prime minister, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan on Monday said that there was no provision for such a post in the constitution, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing a press conference in Rawalpindi, he dispelled the impression that the PTI was ready for talks either with the government or the establishment, saying the party was not interested in talking to anybody. “Whenever we will be ready, we will let you know,” he added.

Barrister Gohar said that the PTI was fighting for its rights.

He expressed the hope that these would be the courts, which would put an end to the party’s victimization at the hands of the government.
