Bank holiday on World Labour Day 

State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has announced that all banks and the concerned departments will remain closed on World Labour Day which falls on Thursday, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. 

According to a notification issued by the central bank, all banks will remain closed on May 1.

The federal government has also announced public holiday on the eve of World Labour Day.
