Challan submitted in foreign funding case against Imran Khan, hearing scheduled tomorrow

Significant progress has been made in the prohibited foreign funding case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, as a challan has been submitted in a banking court naming him the principal accused, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Wednesday.

According to court sources, the case filed against Imran Khan and other individuals has formally moved forward with the submission of the challan, marking a key development in the proceedings.

The registrar’s office has initiated scrutiny of the challan to ensure all legal requirements are fulfilled before the case proceeds further.

Officials confirmed that the foreign funding case is scheduled for a hearing in the banking court on Thursday, where further legal proceedings are expected to take place.
