A man has set her wife ablaze in Faisalabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

The woman has been shifted to Burn Unit Allied Hospital, Faisalabad.

As per the report, a citizen named Yusuf informed the police that his sister was set ablaze by his brother-in-law in Madina Town’s area of Himatpura.

Madina Town police arrested Yousuf's brother-in-law Siddique.

According to police, Fauzia set herself on fire after a domestic dispute.

The police said the statement will be taken when the woman is able to speak.

According to the police, the case will further proceed after Fauzia's statement.
