Defence Minister Pervez Khattak also contracts coronavirus

After President Alvi, Defence Minister Pervez Khattak also tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Monday.

The PTI leader took to Twitter and said that he tested positive for the Covid-19. He urged the people to take the third virus wave seriously.

Khattak wrote on Twitter, “Have tested positive for Covid-19. We all need to take this third wave very seriously. May Allah protect us all.”

Earlier today, President Arif Alvi also contracted the virus. Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi also in quarantine after contracting the Covid-19.
