In a trade of fire between two rival groups, a child was killed while his father got critically injured in Misri Shah area of Lahore on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to police, two rival groups indulged in an armed clash in Misri Shah. As a result, the child was shot dead and his father received critical bullet wounds. 

The injured Abdul Razzaq was rushed to Mayo Hospital where his condition was stated to be critical.

However, the accused fled the scene while spraying bullets in the air.
