Pakistan to face Iraq, Cambodia, and Oman in AFC U-23 Asian Cup 2026 Qualifiers

The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has officially released the schedule for the AFC U-23 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026 qualifiers, placing Pakistan in Group G alongside Iraq, Cambodia, and Oman.

According to the announced fixtures, Pakistan will kick off its qualification campaign against regional powerhouse Iraq on September 3.

The Green Shirts will then take on hosts Cambodia on September 6, followed by their final group stage clash against Oman on September 9.

All Group G matches are scheduled to be held in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. The top teams from each group will qualify for the prestigious AFC U-23 Asian Cup 2026, which will be hosted by Saudi Arabia.

This tournament serves as a critical platform for emerging Asian talent and is seen as a key developmental event for national teams building towards senior international competitions.
