7 injured in attack on 24News TV reporter’s house in Kashmore

Seven people, including the mother and an uncle of 24NewsHD TV channel’s reporter Zubair Ahmad Kulwar, were seriously injured when more than 25 people attacked his house in Kashmore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

All the assailant fled the scene after firing in the air. Later, all the injured persons were shifted to the Civil Hospital in Kashmore. Police have failed to arrest the culprits so far. 

Zubair Ahmad Kulwar said that the his and his family members’ lives are in danger as they are afraid that they be targeted again.

He further said that all the assailants belonged to a powerful and influential family so the police are avoiding taking any action against them.

Zubair Ahmad Kulwar appealed to the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Sindh and Deputy Inspector-General (DIG) of Police Larkana to take notice of this situation and arrest the culprits immediately.
