Nine flights cancelled from Lahore airport

Flight operation at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIA) was severely disrupted due to technical issues and the availability of fewer aircraft leading to cancellation of many flights on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to details, nine flights were cancelled, and seven were delayed. A two-way Flydubai flight was cancelled. The flight was scheduled to arrive from Dubai to Lahore and then return from Lahore to Dubai.

An Airblue flight, PA-416, was cancelled. The flight was scheduled to land in Dubai from Lahore.

A Mashhad-bound flight bearing no. 5110 was cancelled. A Saudi Arabian Airlines flight, SV-732 and SV-733, was cancelled. The flight was scheduled to arrive in Lahore from Jeddah and then depart from Lahore to Jeddah.

An Air Sial flight, PF-141 and 142 were cancelled. This flight was scheduled to land and then depart from Lahore to Karachi.

A flight bearing no. 9P750 was cancelled. The flight was scheduled to land at Lahore airport from Islamabad.
