Federal govt decides to ease arms license policy

The Federal Cabinet has decided to change the arms license policy in order to facilitate the citizens seeking prohibited and non-prohibited bore licenses, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the recommendations, the strict conditions of arms license will be relaxed and new rules will be clarified.
The changes will allow the federal government to have the power to cancel the license issued to any citizen at any time through the ministry of interior. The new amendments further suggest that a non-filer can apply for a prohibited bore license after paying a Rs 100,000 fee while the application fee for a tax filer citizen seeking a prohibited bore will be Rs 50,000 only.
Likewise, the application fee for a non-prohibited license required by a non-tax filer will be Rs 50,000.
Rs 25000 will be charged to a tax filer person who needs a non-restricted license.
The interior ministry after preparing a summary of the said recommendations in the license policy will be presented it to the federal cabinet for taking its final approval.
