The Federal Investigation Agency's (FIA) cybercrime circle has arrested Obaid-ur-Rehman from Rawalpindi for his alleged involvement in producing, promoting and sharing child pornography, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

The accused’s mobile phone was full of child pornographic material (pictures and videos) when it was seized by the FIA personnel.

The Agency registered an FIR against the accused as per the Peca Act after taking him into custody.

Further investigation was under way.
