SHC approves protective bail for Hareem Shah

The Sindh High Court (SHC) Monday approved the protective bail of Hareem Shah for seven day in regard to the arrest by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

As per details, Hareem Shah arrived SHC for protection against arrest by FIA upon return to Pakistan.  

The court ordered her to submit a surety bond of 25000 rupees and also directed her to cooperate with FIA investigation. The court also ordered to forfeit surety bond for not cooperating with FIA.

According to Hareem Shah’s lawyer, the court should order FIA not to arrest Hareem shahs because she is ready to surrender before FIA.

It is pertinent to mention here that Hareem shah uploaded a video on special media in which she could be seen holding a sizable sum of cash. Later, the FIA had issued a notice to Hareem Shah in response to the video that went viral on social media.

Hareem shah in her defense, apologized and informed FIA that the video was solely intended for entertainment purpose.
