Two alleged robbers were killed in a police encounter on Variyam Wala Road in Toba Tek Singh

According to police, the alleged robbers, who were in police custody, were killed when their accomplices attacked the police to rescue them.

There was an exchange of fire between Toba police and the accomplices of the accused. As a result, alleged robbers Piran Ditta and Qasim were killed.

According to police, several cases were registered against both the robbers across Punjab.

The police said the robbers also confessed to the robbery of Maryam Hospital and Dr Mustafa's house.
